Your practice deserves a website that meets the moment.

If you bill Medicare or Medicaid, HHS has set a hard date for your website: WCAG 2.1 AA by May 11 2027 if you have 15 or more employees, May 10 2028 if you have fewer. The underlying duty to communicate effectively with disabled patients is not waiting for that date, and private plaintiffs are not either. Add intake forms, provider bios, insurance pages, and HIPAA-aware design, and most practices are stuck between a $79/mo template and a $15,000 custom build. We are neither.

What's Built In

Every flux.cc site for your industry ships with these. No add-ons, no upsells.

Built to WCAG 2.1 AA

The standard HHS set under Section 504, built in from the start: conforming structure, a published accessibility statement, and a documented remediation channel. Ready well before your deadline rather than scrambling toward it.

Provider Directory

Clinician profiles with specialties, credentials, languages spoken, and telehealth availability, so prospective clients can filter to the right fit.

HIPAA-Aware by Design

We never store, transmit, or process PHI. Intake forms route directly to your existing secure systems (SimplePractice, TheraNest, etc.). The website stays out of HIPAA scope.

Insurance + Sliding Scale Pages

Clear, current information on accepted insurance and sliding-scale availability, which is what every new client asks before they call.

Crisis Resources, Done Right

988, local crisis lines, and emergency information presented with the care your patients need, not buried in a footer.

Locations & Telehealth

Multi-location clinics, telehealth-only practices, or hybrid. Page architecture and Local Business schema handled correctly, so each location ranks on its own.

Healthcare Has Its Own Practice

HealthFlux

Behavioral health carries requirements most web shops never meet: the Section 504 web standard, multi-location and clinician directories, employment listings that change weekly, and intake that has to stay clear of HIPAA scope. It needed its own practice, so we built one. HealthFlux is our healthcare arm, and community mental health centers are among the sites it builds and maintains.

Questions We Get

Are your sites HIPAA-compliant?
We design our sites so HIPAA isn't an issue: we never store, transmit, or process PHI. Intake forms and patient communication route directly to your existing secure systems. The website itself stays out of HIPAA scope.
Can you handle our employment listings?
Yes. We add, update, and remove job postings as you send them. No applicant tracking system needed for the listings themselves, though we can integrate with one you already use.
When does the Section 504 web rule actually apply to me?
It applies if you receive federal financial assistance, and Medicare Part B alone is enough to trigger it. The WCAG 2.1 AA deadline is May 11 2027 for recipients with 15 or more employees and May 10 2028 for those with fewer. Both dates moved back a year in 2026, and litigation is currently seeking to restore the originals, so building to the standard now is the safe position. Separately, the duty to communicate effectively with disabled patients already exists and is already actionable. A cash-pay-only practice with no Medicare or Medicaid has no Section 504 obligation, and we will tell you so rather than sell you one.
How do you handle multiple locations?
Each location gets its own page with hours, phone, address, services offered, and Local Business schema markup so it shows up correctly in Google Maps. You email us when something changes.
Can I include patient testimonials?
We help you do this carefully. Mental health testimonials require informed consent and need to avoid implying treatment outcomes. We have a workflow for gathering and publishing them ethically.
